In the first match of the seventh round, Dinamo defeated Sakhalin 25-19, 25-18 and 25-15 and jumped again on the leading position in the standings. On the other side, the team of Konstantin Prikhodyko suffered a fifth defeat.
Differences were big. Dinamo scored 13 blocks while Sakhalin only 3, and the winners scored 41 points from attack while the hosts 26 points.
