“I can’t say that I’m disappointed or upset with this defeat. The team played a wonderful volleyball. I think that the slight difference is that Zenit Kazan were more often in similar situations such as this – a fight for the trophy. We still need to learn how to win game endings. Simply, it was not enough, but I will repeat that I’m very pleased with the game. We are a team,” says Sammelvuo.
Recall that Zenit Kazan defeated Kuzbass 3-2 in the Russian Cup final.
