In the first match of the last World League weekend in Pool B, Serbia beat the USA with a maximum result of 3-0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-17) in front of 6200 spectators in the City of Novi Sad.
Aleksandar Atanasijević of Serbia topped the scorers’ chart with 16 points, while Taylor Sander scored 13 for the defeated.
Serbia is now one step closer to Final Tournament in Florence.
The second match the same teams will play on Sunday in Belgrade at 20:00 by local time.
