“Of course, it’s an unbelievable feeling to play on home soil, but when we enter the court, we play for Volero ZÜRICH – and want to give our very best for our colours. We are not going to make any gifts just because we are facing a Serbian team,” Silvija Popović explains Volero’s libero.
Star setter Bojana Živković, on the other hand, cannot hide her excitement: “I grew up in Belgrade and know the city like the back of my hand. Therefore, it feels like a home-field advantage to me – most of all as my family and closest friends are going to be in the stands and will cheer me on.”
