Lajkovac
In the big final of the 52. edition of the Serbian Cup, Zeleznicar Lajkovac defeated Crvena zvezda in front of a home crowd (1600) with 3-2 (25-23, 21-25, 25-18, 24-26, 15-9).
Lajkovac made a real spectacle by defeating “red and white” who didn’t success to add new trophy in their rich treasury (17 trophies of the Cup).
The whole match was full of uncertainty, but in the end, a more determined team won.
The MVP of the final was Jovana Jovičić who also was the best scorer with 29 points. Jelena Mlađenović scored 21 points while Jelena Stanimirović 15 point for the winning team while Bojana Milenković was the best in Zvezda with 19 points. Milka Stijepić and Sara Vučićević scored 15 points each.
