The top-seed Vojvodina NS Seme Novi Sad converted their second „match ball“ against No.2 Novi Pazar in the 2017/18 Superliga playoff finals.

By losing Game 3, Vojvodina failed to sweep rivals in the series but in Game 4, their players showed a strong character, which was especially seen in the second and the fourth set – 3-1 (17-25, 34-32, 25-18, 32-20).

Thus, Vojvodina were crowned national champions for the 15th time in the club history, including Yugoslavia, Serbia and Montenegro, and now Serbia. It was their second Serbian title in a row.

David Mehić was the best scorer for the winning side with 19 points. Irfan Hamzagić tallied 24 points for Novi Pazar. Aleksa Polomac made 4 kill blocks, while Marko Radosavljević recorded 80% attack (16/20, 1 error).
