A 35-year-old Argentinean Santiago Orduna is close to signing with the Turkish powerhouse Halkbank for the 2019/20. In case the transfer becomes effective, the setter will leave Italy after 11 years during which he played for seven clubs, winning the Super Cup and CEV Challenge Cup.

Orduna, who got an eight-game ban by the Italian League for being involved in an incident in the playoff quarterfinals, will replace Italian Michele Baranowicz in Halkbank.

Oh yes. Orduna is a good setter. With Halkbank Quesque should go first in the queue, especially Sket, who can’t good reception the ball hopelessly, should play as opposite.
