Fenerbahçe Opet ended a surprising unbeaten run of AtlasGlobal Yeşilyurt in the 2019/20 Turkish Women’s Volleyball Championship regular season.

Cuban Melissa Vargas has finally made her debut for Fenerbahçe this season. She played the first two sets in Round 3 match of the 2019/20 Vestel Venus Sultanlar Ligi regular season against the most pleasant surprise of the competition so far, Yeşilyurt. Eda Erdem Dündar was the most deserving player in the 3-0 win (25-11, 25-17, 25-10) that allowed Fener to keep the perfect record, ending the one of Yeşilyurt.

Meryem Boz had a huge display in the straight-set victory of Aydın Büyükşehir Belediyesi against Nilüfer Belediyespor: 24 points.
