Famous American female volleyball player Rachael Adams will play the club season after being on a one-year break.

The 29-year-old U.S. middle blocker Adams has joined the Turkish side Aydın Büyükşehir Belediyespor.

Thus, the 2014 FIVB World Championship and 2018 FIVB Volleyball Nations League winner will compete professionally after not playing for a whole year due to injury and recovery that followed it. The last club whose colors Adams defended was Italy’s Saugella Monza.

At the same time, Aydın parted ways with the Dutch outside hitter Celeste Plak.
