The last official Turkish men’s volleyball Championship winners Fenerbahçe HDI Sigorta have appointed the new head coach.

Erkan-Togan

Erkan Toğan became the new head coach of Fenerbahçe. The replacement for the Polish Mariusz Sordyl is a 46-year-old expert who spent the last season as a supervisor of the coaching staff in the Austrian top division side TJ Sokol Wien.

So far, Toğan performed the role of the head coach for only three seasons, all in Austria (2012/13 and 2013/14 with hotVolleys Wien and 2018/19 with VCA Amstetten NÖ). He has been an assistant coach in the Turkey men’s National Team, whose jersey he wore for many years, since 2018.
