QAT M: Penchev, Finger and Cichello are new reinforcements for Al Arabi SC

In Qatar, the volleyball market is active despite the coronavirus pandemic the country is still facing.

Al Arabi SC management decided to change both foreigners for the end of the 2019/2020 season and for the next 2020/2021 season.

Michal Finger is the new opposite of the team, while the new outside hitter will be Bulgarian Rozalin Penchev. New coach of the team became Argentinian Juan Manuel Cichello who came from Italy, from Tonno Callipo Calabria Vibo Valentia. A few seasons ago, he was the head coach of the Qatar national team.

Czech opposite Michal Finger is a member of the Czech national volleyball team, and last season he was a member of the Greek club Olympiacos Piraeus, while the season before he played in Turkey for Zirat Bankasi from Ankara. 

Rozalin Penchev played in Russia for Belogorie last season, and a season earlier he was a member of the Brazilian powerhouse Sesc-RJ.

Recall, Al Rayyan has already signed with French opposite Antonin Rouzier and Iranian outside hitter Farhad Ghaemi.

Al Ahli SC have extended contract with the best opposite of Qatar league last season, Russian Roman Danilov and Cuban outside hitter Miguel Angel Dalmau.
