The score in the 2021/22 Turkish Women’s Volleyball Championship finals is back to balance.
After the defeat suffered in Game 1 against Fenerbahçe Opet, VakıfBank got back on track in the 2021/22 Misli.com Sultanlar Ligi playoff finals by winning the second match with the same result: 3-1. With the exception of the first set, in all the others, teams exchanged point to point until the very finish of each of them.
The Swede Isabelle Haak was highly effective, as usual, scoring 27 points on the winning side. Kübra Akman contributed significantly to a win of her team on the net, making 6 blocks. Fenerbahçe had Cuban Melissa Vargas as the top scorer (23 points).
Game 3 of the best-of-5 series is scheduled for Friday, May 6.
