Oliver Venno with 33 points and Mihajlo Stankovic 17 points led Maliye but also the whole team scored 11 block which was also the main element for the victory.
On the home side, Christian Fromm and Gokhan Gokgoz scored 16 points each.
Halkbank and Istanbul BBSK expectedly won their matches against Afyon and Beskitas.
Galatasaray also made a surprise in this round; they defeated Fenerbahce in a tie-break. Daudi Okoello Okleo scored 24 points for the winning team while Alen Šket finished the match with 32 points for Fenerbahce.
