USA Volleyball has finalized the lineup for the U.S. Men’s Volleyball Team heading to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The roster features a blend of seasoned Olympians and first-time participants. Key veterans include Matt Anderson and David Smith, both preparing for their fourth Olympics, and Micah Christenson, Max Holt, Thomas Jaeschke, and Erik Shoji, each marking their third appearance. Newcomers include middle blockers Taylor Averill and Jeff Jendryk, and setter Micah Ma’a.
The team, which boasts a strong Olympic legacy with three gold and two bronze medals, will start their season at the Volleyball Nations League on May 22. Head Coach John Speraw, alongside his coaching staff, aims to guide the team through a rigorous preparation schedule to peak at the Games.
