The four-team tournament will feature hosts USA, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Canada, who will compete for a berth at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

We can’t wait to get back there, after getting to play – and win – the FIVB World Grand Prix Finals in Nebraska just a few months ago.“
The competition winners will qualify for next year’s Summer Games. The second placed team at the NORCECA Olympic Qualification Tournament will get another chance to win a berth at the Rio 2016 Olympics at the World Olympic Qualification Tournament which will take place in Japan between the periods of May 14 to June 5, 2016.
The third placed team from the NORCECA Olympic Qualification Tournament in January will join the third placed team from the South American Olympic Qualification Tournament, and the second and third placed teams from the African Olympic Qualification Tournament to play for a final vacancy at the Intercontinental Olympic Qualification Tournament due to be held in the period from May 14 to June 5.
