GP 2016: USA on right way to win 7th title

Foluke Akinradewo and Jordan Larson Burbach led the team of USA to the first win at the Final Six tournament of the FIVB World Grand Prix in Bangkok.

In the first match of the F6 in Thailand USA has destroyed The Netherlands in the straight sets (25-21, 25-17, 25-23) and with the play which they showed we can say that they are on the right way to defend title from last year.

As we already said Foluke Akinradewo was the top scorer of the match with 16 ponits followed by Jordan Larson-Burbach 10. On the other side Lonneke Slöetjes scored 15 points and Yvon Belien 9.

Until now USA won six titles: 1995, 2001, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015.
