Dinamo eventually qualified for the Challenge Round of the CEV Cup by seizing the night but this time after a very tough fight that ended in a 3:2 victory (25-19, 25-19, 23-25, 25-27, 15-11).
Dinamo brought home the first two sets with the same score and then opted for some changes in the starting six with the addition of Dmitry Shcherbinin and Nikolay Pavlov.
On the other side of the net Peter Platenik scored quite many points for ANKARA and after going up 22:23, the guests took also the next two rallies to call for the fourth set.
This section of the game turned into a very close run with Halkbank eventually prevailing in the end (25-27) after an error of Pavel Kruglov.
In the tie-break Dinamo lined up all of its best players to avoid the risk of a golden set and they finally sealed it quite confidently and comfortably (15-11) to book a pass for the next round of the competition.
