Dinamo Moscow
In the playoff finals, they defeated Lokomotiv Kaliningrad 3-0 in series! In the last and decisive game, Dinamo Moscow needed three sets to win the crown on the away court 25-21, 26-24, 25-21.
Nataliya Goncharova was once again top scorer in Dinamo, finishing the game with 23 points while on the other side Irina Voronkova had 25 points.
Dinamo have proved that they are the best team in Russia, however, Lokomotiv’s fans have to be proud of their players.
This gold medal is the first for the head coach of Dinamo Alexander Sukomel.
