Belogorie – Lokomotiv
Two Russian volleyball giants met for the second time in just three days and the outcome was the same in both games! After scoring a straight sets win in the domestic league on Wednesday, Belogorie Belgorod have once again defeated Lokomotiv Novosibirsk, this time in the semi-final of the Russian Cup!
The only difference was that Belogorie needed four sets to score a triumph today, but they showed that they are currently in much better form than the Novosibirsk squad.
Therefore, Belogorie became the first finalist of the Russian Cup. They will fight for the prestigious trophy against the winner of the second semi-final clash between Zenit Kazan and Dinamo Moscow.
