Top seed Kohila swept No.2 Tartu Ülikool/Eeden away with 3-0 in playoff finals, winning Game 3 in front of own crowd in straight sets, partially 25-22, 25-11, 26-24. Kohila dominated in attack with 49% to 33% from Tartu as well as in reception – 55% to 44%.

The most deserving for the win that brought the trophy to the team based in a city with only 3,500 inhabitants was a 19-year-old opposite Kertu Laak, who scored 19 points. She was followed by the Russian receiver Anastasiya Gorina with 12. Kertti Külm scored 10 points for Tartu.

Thus, Kohila crowned a rather successful season in which they advanced into fourth Baltic League finals (competition for volleyball clubs in Baltic states: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), winning silver medal.
