Young Volleyball player, Turkey national team member, Cansu got engaged with the basketball coach Cem Erkul in a ceremony held in the city of İzmir.

A 22-year-old setter has been a player of VakıfBank since 2016, winning the FIVB Club World Championship once and the Turkish League twice with the club. Individually, Cansu was named Best Setter of the FIVB Nations League and Turkish League once each.
