Destinee Hooker, who won the Best Spiker award at the 2012 Olympic Games and helped the USA to take the silver medal, has signed a global book deal with VIP Ink Publishing for her autobiography.

The book will cover her life from her humble beginnings to her meteoric rise as an international and Olympic star on the volleyball court. The autobiography will focus on her faith and determination as well as the struggles she has faced and overcome.
