McClendon-and-Acosta
Venezuelan Roslandy Acosta and American Deja McClendon strengthened the roster of Minas. These two have many things in common regarding their careers – they both competed in the NCAA, both played in Italy last season wearing the jersey with number 18 and both cover outside hitters position. And they are both 27 at the moment.
McClendon was the best scorer for Delta Informatica Trentino in Division 2 with 440 points in 29 appearances. A one-time Olympian Acosta competed in the Italian top-flight for Zanetti Bergamo, scoring 164 points in 21 matches played.
Minas extended with several players earlier and made a big transfer hit.
