Volleyball star Osmany Juantorena will play for MINT Vero Volley Monza as an outside hitter in the upcoming 2024/2025 season. Born in Cuba and naturalized as an Italian, Juantorena has had a remarkable career in Italian volleyball, previously playing for Trento, Civitanova, and Modena.
Juantorena’s impressive achievements include 6 Italian Championships, 6 Italian Cups, 3 Champions League titles, and 5 Club World Championships. As a former captain of the Italian national team, he led the squad to a historic silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
