Fenerbahce have joined the Italian side Imoco Volley in the semifinals of the CEV Champions League.

The Yellow Angels were in a difficult situation after two sets and it seemed that Scandicci had enough power to win the game even in three sets.

Unfortunately for the away side, Melissa Vargas turned on the beast mode, leading her team to a complete turnaorund! She ended the game with 35 points which was an incredible display and the best so far in the quarterfinals.

Scandicci have fought until the end but obviosly they dropped a huge chance in the third set when they could end the game in three sets.

Isabelle Haak was the best scorer in the Italian team, with 16 points.

Like Haak and Vargas, such volleyball stars weren’t visible yesterday. Vargas blocked 9 times, too many mistakes in the attack. Haak efficiency is also small below 30%. Wow Haak in Vakifbank! Regret.

Haak is 19 years old…She’ll win several Champion’s League and her career don’t worry.
Anyway buy glasses cause her efficiency was 32%…
