FIVB President Dr Ary S. Graça F° has announced the launch of the FIVB Development Projects Platform 2020 and it's been open from 1 August 2020.

In a video message to the Volleyball Family the FIVB President said:

I believe that now more than ever, we should be united and support each other. Investment into our beloved sport must not stop, even with the financial difficulties we are now facing. So, thanks to the good governance and administration of our sport, we can use our great financial results of 2019 to continue to invest into our sport. As I have said many times, the money that comes from sport should go back into the sport! That is why I am delighted to announce that the FIVB Projects Platform has been opened from 1 August 2020 for all 222 National Federations!”

Projects Platform 2020 will remain open for applications for two months until 30 September 2020. All approved projects will then be delivered the year after the submission of applications in 2021.

ITALIAN CUP M: Verona and Piacenza disappoint once again

Piacenza will not have a good year with Hierrezuelo setting. He arrived unprepared and cannot set the front pin hitters and bic at all. Cleverly and Russell have no idea where those sets are going to be. The libero Scanferla is young and the staff is asking him to pass too much of the court.
Gardini is not leading this team in the right direction. Look for another setter quickly. Heck try Shaw there at this point.
Talent is wasting here.
