After the arrival of Áurea Cruz, two more Puerto Rican players signed the contract with Athletes Unlimited, a company that will be responsible for the organization of the 2021 US Pro League that will take place in Nashville, Tennessee. These are liberos: a 27-year-old Nomaris Vélez and a 24-year-old Dalianliz Rosado.

Vélez, who debuted for the Puerto Rico National Team in 2019, spent the last season in a club in her home country, Changas de Naranjito. As for Rosado, she also performed in the Puerto Rican top division, with Indias de Mayagüez.

The new U.S. league has so far confirmed several star players for the new season.
