Iranian Volleyball Federation is in the final stage of negotiations with Raúl Lozano, current coach of Polish team Cerrad Czarni Radom.

Iran’s media quoted a person close to Lozano who said that he is currently assessing conditions for accepting the position of Iran’s head coach. The final decision from Lozano will be known in the next month.

After poor result of Iran at the 2015 FIVB World Cup, their Volleyball Federation is reviewing the status of actual head coach, Serbian Slobodan Kovač, with whom it held several meetings already.

During his successful coaching career, Lozano led Polish NT from 2005 to 2008, and took silver medal at the 2006 World Championship. He also coached the Germany’s national team from 2009 to 2011.

iran volleyball federation doesn’t need a new coach, they need to talk to the players, watch all iran games they don’t even listen to their coach they don’t even look their coach, they need to learn how to listen, even you put a legendary coach if iran players won’t listen they wont even improve
