The tournament of the Croatian Under-22 Championship opened the season of beach volleyball, and after two days of competition, we won the Croatian champions in the women’s and men’s categories.
Seven teams competed in the women’s category, and the Croatian Champions were Lucijana Terze and Lea Rašić, who beat Ema Čuček and Laura Vuk 2: 0 in sets in the finals. In the fight for 3rd place, Ema Mrkić and Ivana Ćubelić also beat Andrea Koraca and Miu Volarić in 2 sets.
In the men’s competition, 6 teams competed, and the Croatian champions were Mario Jurković and Tin Devald, who lost only one set in the tournament, and in the final, they beat Roko Vlašić and Marko Repek 2-0. Tibor Verasto and Ivan Brletić won the bronze medal in the men’s competition, beating Fran Kuljanac and Luka Jovović.
Lucijana Terze and Lea Rašić and Mario Jurković and Tin Devald Croatian champions won the ticket for European U22 Championship, which will be held in the Netherlands in mid-June.
