
USA’s Kristen Nuss and Taryn Brasher claimed their first gold of the 2025 Beach Pro Tour, defeating Brazil’s Carol Solberg and Rebecca Cavalcanti in a tight 2-0 final (22-20, 21-19).
Brasher led with 24 points, dominating in attack and blocks. Despite a loud home crowd, the Americans stayed composed to secure the win.
Brazil’s Ana Patricia and Duda took bronze, edging out Dutch qualifiers Van Driel & Bekhuis in three sets.
