Belogorie didn’t manage to end Zenit Kazan’s winning streak, that has been improved now to 18-0. The team from Belgorod have given some resistance but it was not enough to cause the major upset of the round.
Matt Anderson (19 points) and Earvin Ngapeth (18 points) were the most dominant players in Zenit Kazan’s jersey, while Denis Zemchenok scored 17 on the other side.
A battle between Kuzbass and Zenit St. Petersburg was also very interesting. Well, maybe more interesting for the fans from St. Petersburg as their team managed to win in straight sets.
Georg Grozer ended the game as the best scorer with 21 points while Oreol Camejo contributed with 19 points. In the home team, Viktor Poletaev had 12 points.
