Fenerbahce almost dropped the win after letting Galatasaray make a comeback in this game. Fenerbahce had a 2-0 lead but in the third and the fourth set Galatasaray managed to play better and to tie the game 2-2.
However, in the tie-break, Fenerbahce prevailed and won the game in five sets!
Recall that in the last season Halkbank won the national cup.
