The five-year partnership brings together Volleyball World, the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball, and the Dubai Sports Council, positioning Dubai as the permanent opening destination of the series.

The Beach World Series will replace the current Beach Pro Tour and aims to redefine how top-level beach volleyball is presented. Beyond high-performance sport, the new format will focus on atmosphere, entertainment, and local culture, reflecting the unique identity of each host city.

Dubai’s beaches and major events expertise are expected to play a central role in shaping the tone of the series. Organisers say the city will help set the standard for a destination-led experience that combines elite competition with music, fan interaction, and beach lifestyle.

The global series will feature ten selected destinations around the world, creating a travelling showcase of beach volleyball that blends sport with tourism and entertainment. Additional host cities are expected to be confirmed in the coming months.
