Espérance Sportive de Tunis stormed through the 2021 Men’s Club African Championship. The club from the Tunisian capital, coached by famous Serbian expert Ljubomir Travica, didn’t suffer a single defeat or a set in 6 games of the most elite continental competition, which they hosted this year, including pool stage and knockout stage.

In the final, Espérance swept Egyptian Zamalek SC and won the 5th African title, the first after 7 years. Furthermore, Espérance tied with today’s rivals in the all-time list of men’s club titleholders in the continent as both have now 5 trophies apiece and share 3rd place.
