Eleven of 12 players of Argentina’s roster in 2016 Rio Olympics are engaged in clubs abroad, most of them were hired after the tournament.
The opposite hitter Lucía Fresco was the last „Las Panteras“ member without a club but since she has finished previous season abroad, it was expected she will stay there. Still, Fresco decided to return to her homeland and also in the club where she used to perform – Club Atlético Boca Juniors. Last season she played for Italian Division 2 team Volley Soverato.
