Itambé/Minas progressed to the playoff semifinals of the 2020/21 Brazilian Women’s Volleyball Championship.

Itambé/Minas surpassed 8th-seed Brasília Vôlei without losing a single set in two games of series of 2020/21 Brazilian Women’s Superliga Banco do Brasil playoff quarterfinals. In Game 2, it was 25-13, 25-17, and 25-17 for the best team in the regular season, who lost only one of the 24 matches it has played in the competition, so far.
