In addition to the 10 newcomers that already joined the club during the summer transfer window, Taubaté contracted two more players just before the official roster presentation for the 2018/19.

A 24-year-old outside hitter Rodrigo Leandro from Lebes Canoas and 32-year-old setter Fabiano Souza from Division 2 side Clube Jaó-GO strengthened Taubaté and will at the disposal of the coach Daniel Castellani for the upcoming season.

Four players will not be able to start preparations for the 2018/19 as they were summoned to defend colors of Brazil national team in the 2018 FIVB World Championship in Italy and Bulgaria: Thales (libero), Lucão (middle blocker), Douglas Souza (outside hitter), and Lucarelli (outside hitter).
