The championship will start on August 23 in four cities – Ankara, Lodz, Budapest and Bratislava and the 24 participating teams will play five matches in their respective pools, whose composition reads as follows:
POOL A – Turkey, Ankara:
Turkey, Serbia, Bulgaria, France, Finland, Greece
POOL B – Poland, Lodz:
Poland, Italy, Belgium, Ukraine, Portugal, Slovenia
POOL C – Hungary, Budapest:
Hungary, The Netherlands, Croatia, Azerbaijan, Romania, Estonia
POOL D – Slovakia, Bratislava:
Slovakia, Russia, Germany, Belarus, Spain, Switzerland
The history-making tournament will run from August 23 to September 8 across four countries – Turkey, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.
