Benfica Lisboa recorded another straight-set win against Bosnian representatives Mladost Brčko in the 1st Round of the CEV Champions League and qualified for the next round of the competition in which they will face Montenegrin side OK Budva.
Today was a historic day for Benfica. One more was a week ago when they made their maiden appearance in the Champions League. Now, they hosted a match in the prestigious European club competition for the first time ever.
Brazilian Raphael Oliveira “Rapha“ top-scored for Benfica with 15 points, while Trinidadian and Tobagonian Marc-Anthony Honoré made 4 kill blocks. Montenegrin Jovan Delić tallied 22 points for Mladost.
