CL W: VakifBank and Imoco pump up confidence before Club World Champ – drop only 42 points each at Round 2 closing

VakifBank İstanbul and A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano were unstoppable in their matches on the road within the second round of the 2022 CEV Women’s Volleyball Champions League group stage.

The two biggest favorites to win the CEV Champions League Volley 2022 | Women, Turkey’s VakifBank İstanbul and Italy’s A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano, were ruthless on their rivals, Finland’s LP Salo and Hungary’s Fatum Nyíregyháza, respectively, in the second round of the group stage in the last match for both before their departure to Ankara, Turkey, for the 2021 FIVB Club World Championship.

VakifBank and Imoco conceded only 42 points each in today’s matches, which portrays their dominance in the best possible way. Both took their second win, VakifBank in Pool B and Imoco in Pool E, in as many games.
