Thanks to a one-woman show of Paola Egonu, Imoco swept title rivals in the Italian league Monza in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the CEV Champions League Volley 2022 | Women.

The best female player in Europe dragged ‘The Panthers’ to a win with 27 points. In the rematch, Imoco don’t need to triumph but to take 2 sets to advance to the next phase, which will be the grand finale. In Monza, the American Jordan Larson was the best scorer with 16 points.
