CEV W: EuroVolley 2026 Qualifiers Kick Off

The EuroVolley 2026 qualifiers have begun following the thrilling Olympic volleyball action in Paris. In the women’s qualifiers, teams are divided into seven groups, with group winners securing spots in the EuroVolley, while the final places will be filled by the five best runners-up.

In the opening round:

• In Pool B, Denmark lost their first home match to Hungary 2-3.
• In Pool C, Israel triumphed over Estonia with a 3-1 win.
• Pool D saw Latvia defeat Montenegro 3-2 on home turf.
• Portugal emerged victorious against Georgia in Pool E with a 3-0 win.
• Austria secured a 3-0 victory over North Macedonia in Pool F.
• Croatia began their campaign in Pool G with a 3-0 win against Kosovo.
