Greek powerhouse Olympiacos Piraeus took a 3–0 victory over Vasas Budapest, bringing the Greek champions within touching distance of the CEV Champions League Volley 2026 Women’s Pool stage.

Olympiacos secured the first set comfortably 25–21, turned the tables in a thrilling 26–24 second set comeback, and closed out the match with a tight 25–23 finish.
Milica Kubura was the standout performer, leading the scoreboard with 19 points, while Yasmine Abderrahim followed closely with 16 points. Middle blocker Jovana Stevanović added another 15 points, including five decisive kill blocks, solidifying Olympiacos’s dominance at the net.
For Vasas, Michelle Ohwobete was the top scorer with 17 points, and Karin Sunderlíková contributed 16, but their efforts weren’t enough to hold off the Greek powerhouse.
With this win, Olympiacos is now just one step away from advancing to the prestigious Champions League pool stage.
