Numia Vero Volley Milano claimed a comfortable straight-sets win over OK Železničar Lajkovac in Pool C, even with head coach Stefano Lavarini rotating his squad. The Italian side dominated the first two sets and had to work harder in the third, where the visitors pushed the set deep before Milano finally closed it 29–27. Vita Akimova led the hosts with 14 points and earned MVP honors, while Milica Živanović was the top scorer for Železničar with 10.

In Pool D, Ankara Zeren Spor Kulübü continued their impressive debut Champions League campaign by beating ŁKS Commercecon Łódź on Polish soil. After a competitive opening set, the Turkish team took full control of the match, serving aggressively and winning the key rallies. Anna Lazareva was named MVP with 17 points, supported by Aleksandra Uzelac, who finished with a match-high 19.

The victories keep Milano firmly in control of Pool C, while Ankara Zeren Spor Kulübü remain unbeaten and increasingly confident contenders in Pool D.
