In office since 2022, Bifflin leads the regional organization comprising nine member countries: Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Israel, Cyprus, and Luxembourg.

MEVZA has expanded its scope during her tenure, introducing new competitions such as a club beach volleyball championship and a junior club tournament. The association now stages more than twenty events each year across various age categories and disciplines, including recently added senior national team competitions linked to world rankings.

Her renewed mandate ensures leadership continuity as the organization continues its development. Croatia also remains influential at the continental level, with Roko Sikirić serving as President of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) since 2024.
