“We won thanks to our fighting spirit. They defeated us 3-0 here at the opening of the World Championship and for three years they always talk about that with some jokes which are not nice. Now they have the opportunity to talk about this game next 20 years.” said Marko with the smile and added:
“This game was a completely different if we compare it with one from three years ago. We have taken the revenge for that defeat. This victory means a lot to us especially at this Stadium, and we really controlled the game from the first point. We fought for each ball so that brought us to victory”.
It seemed like it was an easy game for Serbian team?
“It was not easy. It was difficult to play in front of 65,000 Poles in the country of volleyball, but we attacked them with service, and because of that we got a little easier victory” said Podrascanin who explained that Serbia is a team with 14 players plus Ivovic and that all of them played very good tonight.
“It was a great win, but as soon as we forget this match, that will be better for us”
