During the meeting, the Serbian president has asked head coach Nikola Grbic about Maxim Mikhailov, saying he didn’t know that he is still playing.
“He is barely 30-year old. I played with him in Zenit Kazan,” answered Grbic.
“Well, Mikhailov is a good player,” stated the President of Serbia.
“He is a good man also. A great professional. Mikhailov has won so many trophies throughout his career and he has deserved that, absolutely,” explains Grbic, with a huge respect for Mikhailov.
