CL M: Night of comebacks – Zaksa and Chaumont from 0-2 to 3-2 wins vs. Trentino and Dinamo Moscow!

Zaksa, Chaumont and Noliko Maaseik have made huge comebacks in tonight's Champions League matches.

Let’s start with the best clash, derby of the day – Zaksa vs. Trentino. 

The Polish side was in a huge trouble after two sets however they didn’t want to surrender. In the next three sets, we saw a display of a champion which was enough to make a comeback and to win the game 3-2 (18-25, 24-26, 25-23, 25-16, 15-12).

They were even in a difficult situation in the third set, trailing 21-18 at the very end of the set.

Maurice Torres had a great display in Zaksa with 29 points, while Uros Kovacevic had 17 on the other side.

Chaumont have made a stunning comeback against the Russian powerhouse Dinamo Moscow. The French team was two sets down, however, their performance in the next three sets was simply amazing. The team from Moscow didn’t have any solution for the rival.

Stephen Boyer, the French national team opposite, was the man who scored the most number of points for Chaumont – 22. On the other side, Pavel Kruglov had 25, Dick Kooy added 21.

The Belgian side Noliko Maseik has made a turnaround after trailing 2-1 after the first three sets. Nicolas Bruno didn’t want to leave the court without the victory and his display helped Noliko beat Arkas 3-2 (25-23, 22-25, 23-25, 25-21, 15-10).

On the other side, Michael Sanchez Bozhulev finished the game with 23 points.
