The Polish titleholders Zaksa did what no other team across Europe managed to do in the previous six months – to beat Friedrichshafen from Germany.
The “Häfler” started the season on October 15, 2017, and did not suffer a single defeat ever since, making a 37-0 record.
But, tonight, Zaksa penetrated their shield despite dropping a two-set lead and having to fight for the win in the tie-break, 3-2 (25-23, 25-21, 22-25, 22-25, 15-13).
