Nešić has signed a one-year contract with an option of further extending it depending on the results and performances of the team. Milan Marković, who is the current head coach of the Montenegrin youth national team, will be Nešić’s assistant and Nenad Djurović will be responsible for the physical preparation and conditioning of the players.

Last year Nešić was at the helm of Bulgarian national team at the 2015 women’s EuroVolley in Belgium and the Netherlands.

This coming September Montenegro women’s national team will contest the second round of qualifications for the 2017 CEV Volleyball European Championship.
